On 12 October 2025, Obernai hosted La Foulée Rose – Osons la vitalité (Dare to be Vital), an unranked 5.5 km walk and run in support of ICANS (Institut de Cancérologie de Strasbourg Europe).

The event started from the Halle Gruber at the Remparts car park, with exhibitor stands, catering, refreshments, and entertainment spread along the route and at the finish line.

Led by the association Obernai Eco-Mobilités, the event aimed to rally local energy in support of breast cancer research.
