The UTMB Grand Est brought together over 6,000 runners across 5 races: 158 km, 116 km, 50 km, 34 km, and 17 km.

Starts were staged from some of the region's most beautiful villages: Turckheim hosted the Ultra Trail des Chevaliers; Orschwiller, the Ultra Trail des Païens; Barr, the Trail des Celtes and the Trail des Pèlerins; and Obernai, the Ronde des Pages.

Runners crossed breathtaking landscapes, winding through vineyards and past medieval castles.

Obernai and its neighbouring villages were immersed for a weekend in a large-scale sporting event. Families, friends, and visitors lined the ancient ramparts to cheer on the finishers and support them through the final metres to the finish line.

Several installations were set up at the Remparts car park for spectators: children's games, food stalls, and various pop-up sports boutiques.
